PURPOSE: A device and a method visualizing a moving noise source are provided to conveniently measure the volume of noise occurred in a noise source by using two photo sensors. CONSTITUTION: A device for visualizing a moving noise source comprises photo sensor units(200), microphone array sensor units(300), a data collection unit(400), and a central processing unit. The photo sensor units generate a time signal when a noise source passes through an optical axis line. The array sensor units generate a sound pressure single by sensing noise from the noise source. The data collection unit collects the time signal and the sound pressure signal. The central processing unit sets a virtual sound source plane on the side surface of the noise source by receiving the time and sound pressure signals.
