PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display having a liquid crystal layer showing a stable blue phase is provided to examine the ultraviolet ray in the liquid crystal material and the polymer stabilized processing.;CONSTITUTION: A first seal material(102) is formed on a first substrate(100). The first seal material forms by using the thermo resin. A second seal material(104) plays a role of improving the adhesion of substrate.
