PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus, an image processing method and a computer program are provided to enable realization of a uniform correction throughout an image and a local correction in a system that does not include high-performance hardware resources by a low memory of low calculation amount.;CONSTITUTION: An image reading unit(101) reads image data to be processed. Reading can be realized by reading the image data contained in a memory card connected via an IF(Interface) or reading data obtained by optically scanning a document using a reading apparatus.
