PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a plurality of biometric data, a method for measuring the biometric data, and a measuring strip for the same are provided to detect whether a measuring strip is inserted into the apparatus without the increase of cost.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of detecting parts detects a region on a strip which corresponds to the detecting parts. A data processing part(220) includes a biometric data measuring part(240) and a measuring kinds determining part(250). The measuring kinds determining part determines a measuring kinds based on the detected result of the detecting parts. The biometric data measuring part performs measurement based on the detected result of the detecting parts.
