PURPOSE: A laminate rotating sludge drying and burning apparatus is provided to successively dry and burn large amount of sludge regardless of the installation space. CONSTITUTION: A laminate rotating sludge drying and burning apparatus comprises the following: dryers(100) laminated inside a ventilation cask(400) in which the heat rises from the lower side, rotating sludge(S) in the inside; a sludge transferring unit(200) installed on each dryer to discharge the sludge from the dryer on the upmost side, to the dryer on the bottom; and a driving transmitter(300) transmitting the driving force to the dryer and the sludge transferring unit.
