PURPOSE: A pencil stub clip is provided to re-use conveniently the shorten pencil stub thereby rearing the Attachment and frugal mind about the goods in case use the pencil stub clip consisting of 2 shifts.;CONSTITUTION: A pencil stub clip is consisted of 2 shifts. The pencil stub clip is used fit when use long pencil. The pencil stub clip is used loosen when use short pencil. The pencil stub clip is consisted of the screw device to fix the upper part in parallel in case use the short pencil.
