PURPOSE: A ventilation and cooling system and a device thereof, capable of the improvement of energy efficiency and ventilation effect for air-conditioning, is provided to improve air-controlling function and effect by identically satisfying the outdoor air amount for indoor ventilation and the amount of indoor cooling air.;CONSTITUTION: A ventilation and cooling system and a device thereof comprise a ventilation member(A) and a cooling member(B). The ventilation member is composed of a ventilation unit(AU), an air supply diffuser unit and a ventilation diffuser unit. The ventilation unit is arranged inside a housing having a supply fan, an exhaust fan, a filter, a heat exchanger(2) and a mixing damper. The cooling member is included of an outdoor unit(AM) and the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is connected with the outdoor unit with a gas pipe and a coolant pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
