PURPOSE: A control method of humidification and dew condensation in a unit cell PEMFC is provided to accurately maintain the humidity of oxygen and hydrogen to a set relative humidity and to prevent performance degradation of a fuel system. CONSTITUTION: A control method of humidification and dew condensation in a unit cell PEMFC includes: a first main gas supply line for supplying hydrogen and oxygen; a first auxiliary gas supply line which is branched from one side of the first main gas supply line and is connected in parallel; a humidifier installed on the first auxiliary gas supply line; a first humidity sensor installed at an introduction portion of the fuel cell stack; and a controller.
