MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GAUNTLET GLOVE AND GAUNTLET GLOVE BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the gauntlet gloves and a gauntlet gloves by the same are provided to form a surface layer, which as irregular fine recesses of a NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) coating layer, thereby reinforcing a slip resistance of a hand part. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a gauntlet glove is as follows. The whole gloves is settled in to a NBR coating solution and firstly is coated with NBR(S1). The surface of the firstly coated gloves is dried and coagulated(S2). The only hand part of the coagulated gloves is coated again and is partially coated with NBR(S4). The surface treatment powder is sprayed in hand part of the gloves and is dried in normal temperature(S5). After the gloves is cleaned and dried in 120~135C temperature, the gloves is divided in mold(S6).
