PURPOSE: An operation learning system using motion capturing and 3D graphics and a method thereof for monitoring motion image information by using the motion capturing are provided to output 3D graphic step image information and 3D graphic motion image information by applying 3D motion information to a virtual character.;CONSTITUTION: Motion image information rendering units(111) render 3D graphic motion image information through 3D graphic cameras. Step image information rendering units(112) render 3D graphic step image information capable of continuously observing 3D graphic motion data.
