MODEL-DRIVEN DISPLAY OF METRIC ANNOTATIONS ON A RESOURCE/RELATIONSHIP GRAPH FOR A DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A model-driven display of metric annotations on a resource/relationship graph is provided to update a system management graphs to display annotations corresponding to an annotation option of a selected computer resource set.;CONSTITUTION: The selection of a computer resource set of a system management graphic is detected from a GUI(Graphic User Interface)(1202). An annotation option available to the use of the computer resource set is searched from an object model(1204). The object model defines computer resources and the relationship between computer resources. A menu is generated by using the annotation option(1208), and is displayed on the GUI(1210).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
