PURPOSE: Heat treatment method and equipment of a shaft material with wear resistance/corrosion resistance alloy are provided to prevent damage due to correction after heat treatment since the correction following compression using heat treatment can be skipped.;CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment method of a shaft material with wear resistance/corrosion resistance alloy comprises next steps. The shaft material with wear resistance/corrosion resistance alloy is quenched and tempered. The quenching process comprises next steps. A major shaft member is loaded in a pipe jig and the pipe jig with the major axis member is put in a heating furnace and is horizontally maintained. The major shaft member is rotated, heated and maintained in the heating furnace. The pipe jig with the heated major shaft member is taken out of the heating furnace and is moved to a separate rotating unit. The pipe jig is rotated and cooled in a state of being horizontally maintained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
