PURPOSE: An OTP(One Time Password) of double code generating way through index exchange, a system of the same and a recording medium for the same are provided to always satisfy two-factor authentication condition irrelevant to a mobile which is used as all kinds of transaction medium.;CONSTITUTION: An OTP generating device(250) generates an OTP through received terminal side OTP generating information when a mobile phone is authenticated as a OTP medium. An information configuration device(265) combines server side OTP generating information matched with an index value among at least one server side OTP generating information about an OTP medium stored in a storing medium and the generated OTP. An information configuring device configures OTP generating information for generating N numbers of OTP.
