PURPOSE: A method for selling virtual areas in lots based on collecting information and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to obtain each kind of profits from the virtual regions sold in lots to a user who provides useful information.;CONSTITUTION: A real-time information collector(211) collects from an information provider communication terminal, the real-time information based on a map. A digital map service provider(213) includes the collected real-time information to an electronic map service.
