PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling a mobile phone by network OTP(One Time Password) authentication with biometrics, and a recording medium thereof are provided to compare OTP medium information with the OTP medium authentication information in order to authenticate a mobile phone as an OTP medium which generates an OTP.;CONSTITUTION: A server confirms OTP generation information associated with the biometrics of a user from a storage medium(270). The server generates an OTP based on the OTP generation information, and transfers the generated OTP to a mobile phone(200). If the OTP is transferred from the mobile phone, the server authenticates the validity of the OTP. The server approves mobile phone payment through the authenticated OTP.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
