PURPOSE: A method for measuring glucosylated hemoglobin is provided to simplify measuring process without separate dye.;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring glucosylated hemoglobin comprises: a step of lysing a blood sample in s solution; a step of reacting a bead conjugate of bead and glucosylated hemoblobin binding material with the lysed blood sample; a first measuring step for measuring the amount of total hemoglobin in blood; a step of separating normal hemoglobin from the conjugated glucosylated hemoglobin; a second measruing step for measuring the amount of glucosylated hemoglobin in blood; and a step of calculating the concentrate of the glucosylated hemoglobin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
