PURPOSE: A dome shaped linear piezoelectric motor is provided to reduce a manufacturing process caused by adding an elastic body by forming a piezoelectric ceramic into a dome shape without a separate elastic plate in order to obtain vibration displacement.;CONSTITUTION: A different electrode is applied to both sides of dome shaped piezoelectric ceramic actuator(100). A stick type or a shaft type vibration shaft(120) is vertically to fixed to the vertex of a dome shaped upper part. A cylindrical moving body(130) is inserted into the vibration shaft. A silicon rubber(140) is formed in the contact region between the surface of the mobbing body and the vibration shaft in order to maintain uniform frictional force. A wire respectively interlinks the power and both sides of the piezoelectric ceramics actuator. A solder(150) clinches the wire on both sides of the piezoelectric ceramics actuator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
