PURPOSE: An illumination controllable LED device including a tactile sensor, a flat display device including the same, a portable key pad device, a robot eye including the same, a robot nose, and an operating method thereof are provided to supply an analog feeing and convenience by applying a tactile sensor to sense the contact intensity or pressure intensity. CONSTITUTION: At lest one light emitting diode(100) emits light based on an electric field formed between a first electrode and a second electrode. A tactile sensor(200) generates an output signal by sensing the contact intensity and pressure intensity. A controller(300) is connected to the tactile sensor and controls the illumination of light by controlling the variation of the electric field based on the generated output signal.
