PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing groups of multi smart cards, and an apparatus applied to the same are provided to classify smart cards including common elements into groups, thereby controlling the smart carts of the groups at once. CONSTITUTION: A smart card managing unit(100) stores smart card information about at least one application. The smart card managing unit sets a management target group based on the smart card information. The smart card managing unit forms control information about one or more applications. The first user terminal unit(210) receives the control information corresponding to the first user. The first smart card unit executes at least one application based on the control information.
