LOAD-BALANCNG SYSTEM AND METHOD OF IMS SERVER ON VOIP SERVICE

PURPOSE: A load distribution system of an IMS server in the internet phone service and a method thereof are provided to determine the IMS server gradually which distributes to the internet phone terminal. CONSTITUTION: An Internet phone terminal management unit(210) receives the subscriber information from an internet phone terminal. An IMS server operating part(300) monitors the state of an IMS server. The IMS server operating part calculates the reception rate of the each IMS server. A server group extracting unit(420) extracts the IMS server group which distributes to the internet phone terminal based on the subscriber information. A server decision unit(430) decides the IMS server which distributes to the internet phone terminal based on the reception rate among the extracted IMS server group.
