PURPOSE: An expression promoter of nervous system myelination specific gene mbp is provided to ensure high availability on disease associated to nerve cells and myelinated cells.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing transformed zebrafish comprises: a step of cloning a promoter of a gene which is specifically expressed in myelinated cells; a step of inserting the promoter to a vector which expresses fluorescent protein; a step of selecting individuals which stably transformed in germ cells by injecting the developed vector to zebrafish embryo by microinjection; and a step of verifying that the labeled cell is the myelinated cell.
