PURPOSE: A salt core and a vacuum support pin structure for forming an oil gallery of an engine piston is provided to eliminate harmful influence of minute gas occurred in a salt core when an engine piston is casted.;CONSTITUTION: A salt core and a vacuum support pin structure for forming an oil gallery of an engine piston is composed as follows. Salt cores(110,120,130) form ring-shaped sinter by sintering salt. The salt cores have a pin hole in which a fixing pin(200) is inserted. A fitting groove is formed in the bottom end of the pin hole. The top end of a hollow support pin(300) is inserted into the fitting groove, and the bottom end is connected to a vacuum exhaust pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
