PURPOSE: An artificial fish reef for breeding octopus ochellatus is provided, which helps egg-laying and inhabitation of the octopus ochellatus. CONSTITUTION: An artificial fish reef for breeding octopus ochellatus comprises: a fish reef structure(100) comprising a plurality of supporting members forming a frame by being connected by a connecting member and a plurality of breeding sides which come in contact with each other; a plurality of groove portions(200) which are formed in a plurality of breeding sides so that an entrance has a slope of 20-90 degrees against the floor; and a plurality of shells which are inserted and fixed in a plurality of groove portions.
