PURPOSE: A high degree water-treatment apparatus using a bio-filter for a filter media having porosity is provided to improve the adhesion of microorganisms performance and prevent the erasure of microorganism in the filter media. CONSTITUTION: A high degree water-treatment apparatus includes an influx unit(100) including the first and the second inlet bath and the partition wall included between the first inlet bath and the second inlet bath. A bio-filter unit(200) for the inflow water is provided with the influx unit contacted to the filter media and processing with the biological treatment and physical filtration process the fixed number. An aeration(300) supplies the oxidizing air to the bio-filter unit. The processed water discharge unit leaks the processing water.
