PURPOSE: A power reduce system is provided to transmits the power reduce policy according to the operation state information of a client terminal to the client terminal, thereby minimizing the power consumption of the client terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A power saving system includes a power management server(20) and a client terminal(10). The power management server calculates power saving policy through operation state information including application usage information and an idle state information of the client terminal. According to the power saving policy of the power management server, the client terminal controls the power.
