PURPOSE: An environment-friendly PVC composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a building material including thereof are provided to secure the texture and color of yellow soil, and to offer the antibiotic and anti-fungi function.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method an environment-friendly PVC composition comprises the following steps: mixing a PVC resin, a non-lead based thermal stabilizer, an acryl based reinforcing agent, a filler, a coloring agent, and yellow soil powder with a mixer; and finishing the mixing process at 100~130 deg C, and cooling. The yellow soil powder is heat-processed in 200~1,300 deg C. The non-lead based thermal stabilizer is a calcium zinc system thermal stabilizer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
