PURPOSE: A device for measuring the concentrated radiation contaminated part of soil and metal equipment and a radiation measuring method are provided to minimize costs required for measuring radiation by minimizing the amount of indirect measurement. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for measuring the concentrated radiation contaminated part of soil and metal equipment comprises a tube(11), a thermo-luminescence dosimeter(12), a tape(13), and an air injection pipe(14). The tube is formed in a sphere shape and is installed inside metal equipment. The thermo-luminescence dosimeter is installed in one side of the tube and measures a concentrated radiation contaminated part. The tape is installed in the other side of the tube and attaches the tube on the metal equipment. The air injection pipe expands the tube using external air.
