A transportable sludge dehydrator is provided to minimize environment contamination by purifying water dehydrated from sludge into a plurality of steps and to improve portability by loading the transportable sludge dehydrator to vehicles. A transportable sludge dehydrator(1) is loaded in a vehicles(5). The transportable sludge dehydrator comprises a medicine tank(10), a sludge drug stirring tank, a sludge dehydrating unit(100) and a sludge precipitator(70). The medicine tank stores the drug for cohering the sludge. The sludge drug stirring tank mixes the drug delivered from the medicine tank and the sludge supplied from outside. The sludge dehydrating unit dehydrates the sludge supplied from the sludge drug stirring tank. The sludge precipitator stores water dehydrated from the sludge dehydrating unit, precipitates impurities and purifies wastewater.
