PURPOSE: A slope stabilization device for soil nail and a stabilization method of construction using the same is provided to increase the field availability and to secure safety. CONSTITUTION: A slope stabilization device for soil nail comprises a concrete anchor plate(10), a vegetative mat(60), a packer(20), an elastic pipe(40) and a fixing member(50). The concrete anchor plate is made of a concrete block with a small caliber hole. The vegetative mat is square shape and arranged on the lower part of the concrete anchor plate. The packer is inserted to the small caliber hole of the concrete anchor plate. The elastic pipe is inserted to underground and is arranged outside the packer. The fixing member is made of a steel board(52), an inclined washer(54) and a screwnut(56).
