PURPOSE: A microbubble generator and a wastewater treatment facility having the same are provided to improve purification processing efficiency of fluid by activating aerobic microorganisms and transferring the air to the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A microbubble generator(150) includes a microbubble conversion unit(160), an air inlet(170), and a prevention wall part(180). The microbubble conversion unit converts the transferred air to microbubbles, and is supported on the bottom. The prevention wall part is adjacent to the microbubble conversion unit. The microbubble conversion unit has a second-stage or a multi-stage impeller(161), a driving motor part(165), and a support part. The bottom part of the prevention wall part and an upper part of the driving motor part are combined by a flange(185).
