A composition for repelling mosquitoes and mosquito repellents fabric are provided to maintain the effect of repelling mosquitoes for a long time without harmfulness to the human body and environment. A composition for repelling mosquitoes comprises Citronella extract, lavender extract, fennel extract, lemongrass extract, polyphenol catechin, and vitamin E as active ingredients. The composition further comprises rosemary extract, jasmine extract or lemon extract. The composition also comprises a micro-capsulated repellent by mixing the extracts; a micro-capsulated insecticide; a micro-capsulated antibacterial agent by mixing polyphenol catechin and extract of fig tree; and a micro-capsulated vitamin having vitamin A, D, or E.
