An uppermost structure of a building using a green panel is provided to improve constructability and economical efficiency by forming a roof of a building without using a reinforced concrete slab, and to change and dismantle an uppermost structure easily after construction. An uppermost structure of a building using a green panel comprises a support(12) erected vertically on the uppermost layer of a building, a frame installed horizontally on the upper part of the support, a plurality of green panel(15) arranged continuously and horizontally on the frame to form the bottom of a rooftop layer of the building, and a waterway(16) provided between the green panels and discharging the water dropping from the upper part of the green panel to the outside of a space where the green panels are installed.
