PURPOSE: A system and method for identifying an owner using an MAC address are provided to generate an URL by using the module or MAC address which is buried in a terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A system for identifying an owner using an MAC address is comprised of a second terminal, a terminal, a management sever, and a DB. The second terminal comprises an LAN module having an internet communications function. The terminal is a mobile apparatus which is used in various purposes.
