A system and method for automatically tagging photos with the people in them using short-range wireless devices

PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically tagging a person of a photograph by using a local wireless communication apparatus without the separate intervention of a user are provided to search the wireless communication apparatus using a protocol. CONSTITUTION: A picture-device connecting unit(150) connects a wireless communication device within a specific area by using a picture stored in a picture storage(110) and a device list stored in a searched-device storage(100). A device-owner connecting unit(160) connects the wireless communications device by using the device list and an individual storage(120). A picture-person connecting unit(170) performs an operation tagging an owner of a terminal into a character of the picture.
