Preparing Method of High Functional Green Tea Leaves Using Deep Ocean Water

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a high-functional green tea leaf using deep sea water is provided to make the green tea leaf contain high catechin, polyphenol, and flavonoid content. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing high-functional green tea leaf using deep sea water comprises the step of irrigating green tea trees using deep sea water at regular time interval. The prepared green tea leaves contain high catechine, polyphenol, and flavonoid contents. The concentration of the irrigation water is 10-20%(v/v). The irrigation is performed to grown green tea trees by 500ml every 10 days 4 times.
