PURPOSE: A package type heat pump to use of subterranean heat is provided to perform heating and cooling individually while having a hot water which is not heated by additional power. CONSTITUTION: A package type heat pump to use of subterranean heat is comprised of a geothermal heat exchanger(1), a hot water heat exchanger(2), and a refrigerant circulation pipe. Refrigerant is circulated through a first refrigerant circulation pipe and a second refrigerant circulation pipe. The second refrigerant circulation pipe is connected to the geothermal heat exchanger and an air conditioning unit. A hot water supply unit is installed in the first refrigerant circulation pipe. An expansion valve is installed in the second refrigerant circulation pipe.
