COMPOSIT PILE COMBINED STEEL TUBULAR PILE AND CONCRETE PILE REINFORCED WITH CONNECTING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A joint structure of a complex pile consisting of a PHC(Prestressed High-strength Concrete) pile and a steel pipe is provided to ensure easy centering of the PHC pile and the steel pipe even if the diameter of the steel pipe is greater than the seat plate of the PHC pile on which the steel pipe is placed. CONSTITUTION: A joint structure of a complex pile consisting of a PHC pile(10) and a steel pipe(20) is as follows. A connector(1) consisting of a bottom plate(2) and a vertical plate(3) vertically formed put on the edge of the bottom plate is placed on the top of the PHC pile. A steel wire(13) arranged within the PHC pile is anchored on the bottom plate so that the connector is joined with the PHC pile. The steel pipe is inserted in the vertical plate and the top of the vertical plate is welded to the exterior of the steel pipe or the vertical plate and the steel pipe are connected with bolts so that the steel pipe is joined with the connector, thereby integrating the PHC pile with the steel pipe.
