PURPOSE: A passivation layer for an optical element is provided to protect components by blocking the inflow of oxygen and moisture into an optical element and to protect the components.;CONSTITUTION: A passivation layer for an optical element includes an organic layer containing a structure of chemical formula 1 as a repeating unit. In chemical formula 1, at least one of R1, R2 and R3 is an acrylate group of carbon number 4 or greater and the rest is C1~4 alkyl group.
