EXTRACTION METHOD OF ASIASARI RADIX CONTAINING WHITENING ACTIVE COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: A method for extracting Asiasari radix is provided to suppress tyrosinase and malanogenesis in B16 melanoma cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting Asiasari radix comprises: a step of drying Asiasari radix sample(S100); a step of pulverizing and sieving the dried Asiasari radix(S200); a step of adding distilled water and boiling several times(S300); a step of centrifuging, filtering and concentrating to obtain hot water extract(S400); a step of separating into ethyl acetate layer and distilled water layer; a fractioning the distilled water layer into butanol layer and distilled water layer; a step of decompressing the ethyl acetate layer, butanol layer, and distilled water layer to obtain semi-solid crude extract(S600); and a step of dissolving the semi-solid crude extract in a distilled water.
