METHOD FOR ATTACHING THE LEAF AND THE STEM OF PLANTS ON THE SURFACE OF A SUBSTRATE USING A HOT AIR DRIER AND THE HOT AIR DRIER, CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING THE ORIGINAL SHAPES OF THE LEAF AND THE STEM
PURPOSE: A method for attaching the leaf and the stem of plants on the surface of a substrate using a hot air drier and the hot air drier are provided to prevent the attachment of the leaf and the stem to the hot air drier by including separate processing operation with respect to the leaf and the stem.;CONSTITUTION: Stems and leaves are separated from a plant. The stems are soaked in water for a week and immersed in a sodium hydroxide solution and is heated for 1 to 2 hours at 70 to 80 degrees Celsius. A dye and coating process is followed. The leaves are bleached, dried, and ironed. Fiber reinforcing solution is prepared by mixing 50 to 80% of polyvinyl chloride-vinyl acetate solution and 50 to 20% of polybutadiene-acyrylonitrile solution. The leaves are coated using the fiber reinforcing solution. The coated stems and leaves are dried using a hot air drier. The dried stems and leaves are pressed to the surface of a substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
