PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing fluorescent particles using microwave plasma torch is provided to prepare phosphor powder with high luminous intensity and crystallinity, uniform particle diameter distribution.;CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing fluorescent particles using microwave plasma torch includes the steps of: dispersing raw materials according to a composition of an inorganic phosphor in a solvent to prepare a precursor solution(10); spraying the precursor solution in a droplet type using a droplet generator(20); drying the droplet to prepare precursor powder; and applying heat to the precursor powder using plasma torch and decomposing, reacting, synthesizing, melting and crystallizing the precursor powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
