PURPOSE: A renewal method for a truss deck is provided to reduce the cost for manufacturing a truss deck by removing the need of a shear connector.;CONSTITUTION: A renewal method for a truss deck is as follows. A truss deck is formed using one upper steel wire, two lower steel wires, a diagonal material connecting the top and bottom steel wires, and a steel slab. The upper steel wire is made of an upper chord, the lower steel wires of lower chords, and the diagonal material of a lattice. The truss deck has a triangular stick which connects the upper and lower chords in a closed form and mounts the truss deck on a steel beam(70). The lower part of the triangular stick is welded to the steel beam so as to serve as a shear connector.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
