PURPOSE: A cutting method for boring a hole of a set plate for a piston type hydraulic pump is provided to process set plates with various kinds of holes by moving a tool body and a tip holder.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting method for boring a hole of a set plate for a piston type hydraulic pump is as follows. A drilling tip(23) bores holes in a circular plate by rotating and descending a cutting tool. A boring tip(24) bores holes by more descending the cutting tool. The top surfaces of the holes are chamfered using an upside chamfering tip(25) by more descending the cutting tool. The bottom surfaces of the holes are chamfered.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
