PURPOSE: A light emitting material containing copper and/or lead is provided to ensure high efficiency and to allow a light emitting peak to transfer to a long wavelength or short wavelength region and to ensure wide color temperature and excellent color rendering.;CONSTITUTION: A light emitting material comprises a host lattice and a compound including activator ions. The host lattice comprises copper(Cu) ions and oxygen. The compound includes at least one selected from the group consisting of yttrium(Y), gadolinium(Gd) and lutetium(Lu). The host lattice comprises lead ions. The activator ion includes europium(Eu) or cerium(Ce).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
