A GLYCOSYLTRANSFERASE MUTANT AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING ISORHAMNETIN 3-O-GLUCOSIDE THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for producing isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside using mutant of glycosyltransferase is provided to ensure response in isorhamnetin. CONSTITUTION: A mutant of glycosyltransferase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. The mutant of the glycosyltransferase is specific to isorhamnetin. The mutant of the glycosyltransferase is cloned in a poplar. A gene of glycosyltransferase encoding the mutant of glycosyltransferase has a base sequence of sequence number 2. The mutant of glycosyltransferase is prepared using a strain transformed by a recombinant expression vector containing the gene. The isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside is prepared using the mutant.
