CHAFF DRIER FOR PREVENTING THE EXPLOSION OF EVAPORATIVE GAS WHEN MANUFACTURING CHAFF COAL

PURPOSE: A chaff drier is provided to prevent a failure in manufacture of chaff coal and harmful gas during combustion by completely removing foreign materials from chaff.;CONSTITUTION: A chaff drier comprises a chaff storage tank(100), a hot air generator(200), a chaff drying tube, and a chaff transfer unit(400). The hot air generator generates hot air for drying chaff. One end of the chaff drying tube is connected to the hot air generator and an exhaust fan(310) discharging hot air is installed on the other end. The chaff drying tube is connected to the chaff transfer unit. The chaff transfer unit supplies chaff of the chaff storage tank to the chaff drying tube so that the chaff is dried through the chaff drying tube by contacting the hot air created by the hot air generator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
