MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CHAFF CHARCOAL BRICK USING CHAFF CHARCOAL AND CHAFF CHARCOAL BRICK

A chaff charcoal brick of the present invention is lightweight, has excellent heat insulating ability, fire resistance, sound absorbing ability, air permeability, moisture retaining ability and dehumidifying ability and emits far-infrared radiation, thereby reducing air-conditioning and heating costs of a building while being environmentally friendly and able to provide the human body with helpfulness. In addition, the present invention can reduce production costs and offer the convenience of construction. The chaff charcoal brick is obtained by mixing 51-87 wt% of chaff charcoal, 2-20 wt% of quicklime (CaO), 3-9 wt% of loess or talc, and 2-20 wt% of gypsum to obtain a chaff charcoal brick composition; and mixing 18-20 wt% of water with respect to 100% of the chaff charcoal brick composition and forming the chaff charcoal brick composition into a desired shape by a hydration reaction of quicklime, followed by performing a hardening process.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
