PURPOSE: An optical distributer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently distribute optical power which is operated in a single mode in a wide area.;CONSTITUTION: A substrate(210) comprises at least two recesses. A photonic crystal fiber(100) is inserted into the recess and contains an air hole which is periodically arranged. The fiber is formed into a silica glass.
