PURPOSE: A shipbuilding method for measuring deadweight at a launching stage is provided to reduce the time required for shipbuilding and quay building by measuring deadweight when a ship is launched in a dock. CONSTITUTION: A shipbuilding method for measuring deadweight at a launching stage is as follows. Seawater flows into a dock. A ship is launched by injecting seawater into a ballast tank or a quay. The deadweight of the ship is measured in the dock. The ship is moved from the dock to a quay wall. The ship is assembled by loading and welding blocks in the dock. The dead weight of the ship is measured by flowing the seawater into the dock and launching the ship.
