PURPOSE: By supplying the power which is half-wave rectified to the auxiliary power the energy saving system of the switching mode power supply outputs the stable auxiliary power output voltage.;CONSTITUTION: An EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter(110) attenuates the electro-magnetic interference noise of the input power source.
